Resident Happy Hour

At apartment buildings and condos with over 200 residents, we provide inexpensive happy hours for those over 21-years-old. Residents are sent emails notifying them of the upcoming happy hour with the cocktail, craft beer/bar & restaurant sponsoring the event. Residents are ID’d when they arrive and given 3 drink tokens. The drink tokens are different colors, all redeemable at the Happy Hour for different drinks. 1 token is for the featured cocktail, 1 token is for the craft beer, and the 3 rd token is redeemable for whichever beverage they would like to have again. This token can only be redeemed after the first hour of the Happy Hour has past to ensure that no one is over-served.
